Support Packages

Support Packages offer per-incident paid support for asking questions and addressing bug reports. Bugs that cannot be addressed will not count as an incident.

Each support contract is valid from the date of purchase to its expiration or until all incidents have been exhausted. You may purchase a support contract at any time – even if you already have one – to add additional incidents.

Unused incidents expire with the package and do not rollover even if you renew your support agreement.

Consulting Services

Consulting Services are available as a catch-all for services beyond the scope of support packages. Some examples of consulting services include:

  • Personal training
  • Sponsoring software enhancements
  • Client-specific software customization

Rates for consulting services are entirely dependent on the service rendered.
