Audition licenses are available for individuals and businesses to test their software products. Licenses to Audition never expire and there is no limit on the number of projects you can test.

The Individual License is available for purchase by natural persons only. That means you must be an individual human and not an incorporated legal entity.
The sale of Standard and Enterprise licenses (together known as the Business Licenses) are processed by a human and are not sold through an automated payment processor. Unlike some software which is licensed per-user or per-seat, the Business Licenses are licensed to your entire company. You can have an unlimited number of employeees and contractors using it on any number of internal software projects.

Where can I review the license text?
The EULA for the Individual License is available on the downloads page. The license for the business licenses is not available online, but will be emailed to you after you contact us.
Do licenses expire?
Licenses are valid indefinitely, however, they are only valid for the current major version of Audition. The "major version" refers to the first numeral in its version string. That means if you purchase Audition version 1.x you may use all newer versions of Audition up to but not including version 2.x.
Can I refund Audition?
No. All sales are final. You are expected to verify that Audition meets your needs by downloading a demo from the downloads page and trying it on your computer.
What payment methods are accepted?
Stripe is used to collect payments. Most payment methods accepted by Stripe are acceptable to us.
Is support included?
No. Support packages are sold separately.
Business Licensing Questions
How will I receive the source code?
You company must elect a technical representative and they will be granted access to the code via a private GitHub repository. They must have a GitHub account and provide their username for access.
When are payments due?
Payments are due up-front and in-full.
Personal Licensing Questions
How do I activate Audition?
When you purchase Audition you will be emailed an activation key with instructions to activate it on your computer. You should receive the email in no more than three (3) business days. If you do not receive the email, then please reach out.
How many times can I activate Audition?
Your activation key can be used an unlimited number of times on as many computers that you personally own.
Does activation require an internet connection?
Activation does not require an internet connection.
Explain the test case limit?
When an executable links against the Audition library it becomes a test runner. Each test runner has a 500 test case limit. To bypass this limit you need a Business Licensing.
